Don't miss it as we literally almost did. On a small street off rt 1. Small spot with inside seating, very friendly people and delicious food. I found this place on yelp and we decided to try it for lunch. So you order at the counter, sit down and they come out and bring your food and drinks. There is a whiteboard of crab and shrimp prices as this is a seafood market as well. I had the shrimp and grits that was so tasty, the sauce was just perfect on top. I couldn't finish it but it was great the next day! My husband had the gumbo and enjoyed it to the last drop. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a spot for homemade seafood dishes. They also sell their spice blend which I'll be trying at home soon.

We loved this place! It is off the beaten track but we were welcomed warmly and they had outside seating for our dog. Everyone was super helpful and the food was really good. Get the blue crabs early because they run out quick. We highly recommend.
Visit their Reilley's Grill & Bar the day after the recent winter storm on HHI. Food was great and our server was very attentive. Normally we visit here for lunch when we are in town, but visited for dinner. We advise obtaining a reservation for they appear to be very busy when we visited between 4:30-5:30. They had a very tasty seafood chowder that I unfortunately could not buy a quart to go.
Honestly, the best crab cake I've ever had. I am changing my travel plans so I can eat there again! Staff = exceptional. Food = phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
In from out of state and ate here for our wedding anniversary. Is it fancy? No. Is it romantic? No. Is it the best damn dinner we've had in a long time? Yes. It will go in our hall of fame for dinners. We would fly back into Florida to eat here again. The folks who helped us through the menu and brought us our food were friendly. The crab, potatoes, sausage were all cooked perfectly and that garlic butter was amazing.
I called early in the week to see if we could make reservations for steamed blue crabs Maryland style. John and Bruce were professional and very accommodating with my request. We celebrated my dad's birthday in style with decorations and first class service from Nicole. The crabs were large males and spiced perfectly! I highly recommend this place for ALL of your seafood needs. Our family will definitely be back.
The food here is amazing! Very laidback atmosphere. The staff makes you feel like you've been friends not just customers for years. We just happened to stumble upon this gem while on vacation. Now I can't stop thinking about the crab rice! Do yourself a favor and check them out. You will not regret it.
Where do I begin! Coastal Crab is by far one of the most amazing restaurants I've ever encountered. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a laid back atmosphere. Everything is delicious and seasoned to perfection. Service is top notch and we get a personalized experience whenever we patronize this business. We have friends and family who travel from hours away just to get their food. Definitely stop by if you love seafood and are in the area. 10/10 recommend!!!
